My name is Travis Archer. 3 years ago I was overweight, burntout, and struggling to find real purpose. Fastforward to today, I’ve dropped 50+ lbs, re-discovered my purpose, and built healthy disciplines in my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical life.
I’m not perfect, I still work every day to stay committed, focussed, and consistent. But I have never felt more committed to becoming a better man, husband, and father than I have before.
I work with men who value strength, discipline, and responsibility—but want greater clarity, emotional control, and consistency under pressure. Many of the men I support train hard, hold themselves to high standards, and carry a lot for others, yet find that stress, mental overload, or reactivity starts to undermine how they lead at home, at work, or in their own lives.
Our work together will focus on building mental resilience, regulating stress, and strengthening self-mastery so your inner capacity matches the discipline you bring to your physical training. The goal isn’t to change who you are— You don’t need to be broken to do this work. You just need to want to lead with more control, presence, and intention.

During a counselling session with me, you can expect a safe and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I listen attentively while offering guidance as we work collaboratively. exploring solutions that promote your health and healing.

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and many private insurance providers may reimburse your counselling sessions.
I do provide receipts for sessions that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
I do not do any direct billing for counselling services. Please check with your insurance provider to determine if professional counselling services are covered under your current policy.
My desire. is to provide affordable counselling options to try and make counselling accessible for everyone.

Yes, I offer counselling to anyone. My focus has been on providing counselling to individuals that are working through grief and/or trauma. However, I have had extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and addiction.
